The location is stunning and very close to a tram station. It is very close to Joao do Grao, where you can have dinner. The restaurant is fantastic, with incredibly attentive staff.

Caring staff, nicely furnished room with tea as well as wine. Breakfast with cheese and wine. Fantastic, particularly good location in Baixa / Chiado district next to so many restaurants and cafes, Lisbons historical downtown and tram station. Early check-in, parking nearby.

All of the staff members were amazingly attentive and outstandingly accommodating. The room was updated, it was tidy and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

i loved exquisite location and well-trained staff. amazing bed, luxury bathroom and terrace, high ceiling and closet space in the room. the staff did all they can for a fun stay. there were a market and a shopping street around the hotel. delicious food in the a la carte restaurant.
